My experience with the dealership was 100% more than I expected. They fulfilled all my expectations. Jordan and Ken are great people to deal with and I would do business with them again.
I rode 350 miles round trip on a cold day to trade my dyna in on a street glide, and do business with Rick, and Jordan a couple months back.. That is because after calling around diff places Rick seemed like a STRAIGHT SHOOTER. Well no regrets, I wont hesitate to do it again the next time I need a Harley. Had me all set up, and in and out with respect to my long cold ride back home. He even cleared up some miscommunications with class. And if you ARE closer to their area I would highly recommend coming in, and checking out their inventory. I wish I could visit their showroom more regularly because there are some really cool bikes in there. Thanks Rick!
Smooth, easy process. Everyone was nice, polite and professional. We'll see how they back their product if something happens. I know it's a used bike, but there's such a thing as standing behind ones product and taking care of ones customer. My brother owns a car dealership and I've definitely seen the loyalty a dealership should have. I hope I wont need to bother them at all. Hopefully, this is an awesome machine. They gassed the bike, cleaned it and changed the oil for me. Seemed great thus far. Spencer is a really nice kid and a non-pushy salesman.

Purchased my 1st motorcycle, a 2020 Harley Davidson Heritage Classic yesterday! Jordan was easy to work it, no pushy or trying to steer you into something else. All in all was a great experience. Dealership has a huge inventory of bikes to choose, definitely recommend giving them look if you are in the market for a bike.
The sales people were competent, professional, and friendly. I’ve never had an easier experience buying a vehicle.
Let me start by saying they have a HUGE supply of new and used vehicles for sale. Worth stopping by just to look. We purchased our CanAm Spyder and it was a speedy, fair and enjoyable process. They were quick to service the Spyder and get us on the road home with no hiccups. THANKYOU to the entire staff who helped us that day. We have 800mi on it already and couldn't be more happy.
